THE FIRST GREEN BOND PROGRAM ON THE MONGOLIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
KHAN Bank JSC is planning to offer their MNT and US dollar denominated bonds within the framework of the "Green Bond Program". The Offering of the green bond program is consisted of two tranches, and the MNT bonds will be the first to be offered.
MNT bond details:
- MNT denominated bonds will be offered publicly
- Face value: MNT 100,000
- Maturity: 3 years
- Coupon rate: 16 %
The next tranche of the green program, the US dollar denominated bond, will be offered to strategic investors in an effort to aid KHAN Bank JSC's sustainable development. The primary market trading is planned to launch in the first quarter of 2024.
