Erdene Resource Development Corporation is a resource company incorporated in Canada, focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of high-grade precious and base metal projects in Mongolia. The Company was established in 2000 and the Company’s shares have been trading publicly on the main board of TSX since 2005. In June 2018, the company was listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange, becoming the first company to cross-list in Canada and Mongolia. 

The Company has discovered multiple high-grade gold and base metal prospects, two of which are being developed: Bayan Khundii and Altan Nar. Erdene has received mining licenses for all deposits. In 2020, the Company announced positive results of an independent Feasibility Study for Bayan Khundii Gold Project. The Company is focused on advancing its Bayan Khundii Gold Project to production in H2 2022 and is continuing exploration and evaluation to further expand resources and determine economic value of Khundii District.
