BDSec JSC operates under a license to provide underwriting, broker-dealer, and investment advisory issued by the Financial Regulatory Commission.
BDSec JSC is a leading securities company in Mongolia, which has been operating continuously for 31 years since the privatization of Mongolia and the establishment of the stock market.
The company became the first securities company to offer its securities publicly in 2006 through an IPO on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
Since its establishment, the company has successfully raised 1.2 trillion MNT from the capital market within the framework of underwriting and investment consulting services.
Our Timeline
- 2022At the regular meeting of the Financial Regulatory Commission on December 9, 2022, Khaan Bank LLC was approved to become an open joint-stock company and offer its shares to the public.
- 2022Lead underwriter to the private placement bonds of Khuren Tolgoi, BID, and Zasagt Khaan the OTC market. Particularly, Khuren Tolgoi LLC offered USD/MNT currency exchange rate-linked bond denominated in MNT. Furthermore, BID and Zasagt Khan LLC issued high coupon rate bonds on the OTC market of Mongolia.

D. Dayanbilgun, one of the founders of the securities issuing company, has been working as the Chief Executive Officer from 1997 to November 2022. Since November 2022, B. Lkhagvadorj assumed the role of CEO.
