- The sales revenue of “Monos Foods” JSC (MFC) reached 13.9 billion MNT in the first half of this year, while the net profit increased by 174% year-on-year and reached 1.5 billion MNT.
- In the last 3 years, despite the difficult times of the times and the market, such as epidemics and wars, the activities of “Monos Foods” JSC have developed intensively. Specifically, their sales in the first half of 2019, before Covid-19, were MNT 4.6 billion, and this sale increased by 18% in the same period of 2020, 62% in the same period last year, and 201% in the first half of this year. Due to the increase in sales, the net profit also increased by 346% from the first half of 2019 and 174% from the first half of last year, reaching MNT 1.5 billion.
- The specific activities of the company in the first half of this year include: They have enriched the range of Aami and Taami juices and introducing a new hangover-relieving product called “Reliever”. Also, “Enkhjin Tea”'s new packaging will reduce 8 tons of plastic bags and paper waste per year. In addition, 3 types of "Shot" brand products are newly introduced and production of Ekos рН8.5 soft alkaline water has started.
- The company is working on the MFC 2.0 project to integrate its liquid and dry food industries. In this way, the automation and capacity of the factory will increase, new products will be released and sales will increase.
- At the time of the IPO of “Monos Foods” JSC, one share was 70 MNT. The company's shares were 113.57 MNT at the beginning of the year and closed at 119.06 MNT last Friday. So, it has increased 1.7 times within 3 years since the IPO. In addition, in the first half of the year, 20.7 million shares with a total value of MNT 2.6 billion were traded, thus ranking 2nd in terms of the number of shares traded in the stock exchange and 6th in terms of value.
