Mandal Insurance JSC will distribute dividends

• According to the decision of the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Mandal Insurance JSC, held on February 18, 2022, it was decided to distribute dividends of MNT 3 per share or a total of MNT 1,872,904,800 from the net profit of 2021 to its shareholders.
• The list of eligible shareholders to receive dividends will be issued on the record date of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and deposited in the shareholders' account at the Central Securities Depository by May 31, 2022.
• Mandal Insurance JSC became the first joint-stock company in the insurance industry in 2018, and in 2020 became the first Mongolian company to receive financial and credit ratings from the international rating agency AM Best. In 2021, this assessment was reaffirmed, and the financial capacity was rated B, the long-term credit rating was BB+, and the outlook was Sustainable.
• In 2021, Mandal Insurance JSC generated MNT 35.6 billion in premium revenue and reported a net profit of MNT 5.6 billion.
