KHAN Bank JSC is initiating Mongolia's inaugural "Green Bond Program" through a public offering.

The initial stage of the Green Bond Program involves MNT bonds carrying a face value of MNT 100’000, an interest rate of 16 percent, and a duration of 3 years.

BDSEC JSC, serving as the underwriter, will present and advocate for KHAN Bank JSC's green bonds from December 6 to December 8, 2023, while order acceptance is slated for December 11 to December 12, 2023.

Investor submissions will be recorded chronologically, with the order acceptance process concluding upon the formation of the complete order fund.
