APU: In 3rd quarter, profits reached ₮ 117.2 billion

- APU JSC has reported strong financial results for the third quarter of this year.
- In 2020, it earned MNT 89.0 billion, but as of the third quarter, it increased by 31.7% to MNT 117.2 billion or EPS = 110.3 MNT per share. (Excluding financial results of subsidiaries) This is the highest profit in the company's history. It is also expected to increase by the end of 2021.
- APU JSC merged its vodka and beer business with MCS and Heineken Asia Pacific PTE to become a leading domestic producer, boosting sales and profits, and the company is now working hard to market in Russia, China and other countries.
- For instance, the company sells its products in more than 40 Russian cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude, Chita and Vladivostok, while in China, its Seruun brand beer is sold through a distributor.
- This increase in net profit, on the other hand, creates a very favorable environment for small investors. This is because in the last three years, the company has been pursuing an active dividend policy and making high-value distributions. For example, in 2020, it made the above-mentioned 89.0 billion in profit, but paid 101.0 billion in dividends to its shareholders.
- The share price has risen by 146.2% since its release in 2021 to MNT 1,490.0 and has been rising since June.
